Description

Folio 306: John Whitehead and members of Oporto Factory to Charles Palmer and Harry Thompson. Resignation of Rev. Nicols and appointment of Rev. Wood as chaplain to the Factory. Request they will secure `the necessary confirmation and protection of which he will acquaint you.'.
