Folio 186: A. Castres to H. Fox. Only one British relief ship has arrived so far. Help in timber and clothing sent by Hamburg. Spanish offer of cloth declined but 150,000 dollars accepted. Brazil fleets all leaving on time but with much less cloth than usual. Most of royal family's diamonds and some melted plate recovered from the palace ruins.
