Folio 144: J. B. Parker to Duke of Newcastle. Hopes for peace among the people in Galicia. After the departure of H.M.S. Shoreham and Kingfisher (f.124) the Galician privateers have re-appeared off the coast and taken three ships. The Factory hope for naval protection soon.
Date and place: 1746 Sept 17 Oporto.
