Folio 224: J. B. Parker to Duke of Newcastle. Count de Yttre has now released the English prisoners-of-war in Galicia as per enclosed correspondence (ff.227-241) and Captain Rich R.N. has set some of his ashore at Vigo. Hopes orders will be given to R.N. captains to adhere to the stipulations of the cartel. Mutiny of British prisoners-of-war detained in a local fort with fatal results to one of them and severe injuries to the Governor. Affair has been referred to Lisbon. Engagement between H.M.S. Baltimore and a Spanish privateer. Latest intelligence from Spain.
