Folio 208: Count de Yttre to J. B. Parker. Protesting against the refusal of Capt. Rich to exchange his Spanish prisoners, as is clearly laid down in the Anglo-Spanish cartel of 3 Feb. 1742. He is detaining all British prisoners-of-war as a reprisal and expects Parker to provide for their subsistence until Rich releases his Spanish prisoners-of-war.
Date and place: 1744 Feb 15 La Coruna.
