Folio 140: J. B. Parker to Duke of Newcastle. News brought by the Spanish ship at Viana of events in Georgia and the West Indies. H.M.S. Fly has had to go to Lisbon to refit, leaving coast exposed to the Galician privateers. Intelligence from St. Sebastian and Faro. Encloses a letter from the Count de Yttre requesting the release of the Spanish captain of the Galicia (f.142) with which Parker would like Newcastle to comply.
