Folio 75: A. Castres to Duke of Newcastle. Capture of a Dutch ship by H.M.S. Diamond, whose restitution was demanded by the Dutch Consul, which has been mutually agreed upon as per enclosed affidavit (f.77). King has had a second seizure, and his condition is probably worse than the Court maintains.
