Description

Folio 292: J. B. Parker to Admiral Sir John Norris. Very anti-British behaviour of the Governor of Oporto who is very pro-French. Local populace are also becoming the same. Has taken up the matter with Consul Compton at Lisbon and hopes latter can obtain redress from the Court.
