Folio 232: J. B. Parker to Duke of Newcastle. Latest naval and military intelligence from Spanish and other sources. Factory at Oporto delighted with the unprecedented authority which the Admiralty have given them over all British warships stationed on this coast, but he himself is not so happy about it, owing to `the malignity which reigns in most of the members towards the present administration.'.
