Description

Folio 190: J. B. Parker to Count D'Yttre. Complains of delay in arranging the exchange of prisoners-of-war and sends 60 Portuguese gold moedas for the relief of English prisoners in Galicia. Spanish prisoners-of-war are being very well treated by the English, and he hopes those in Spain will be better treated than they have been hitherto.
