Folio 186: J. B. Parker to Duke of Newcastle. Latest Spanish naval and military intelligence. Problems in the exchange of prisoners-of-war. Movements of H.M.S. Boretta and H.M.S. Rye. Complains that the Paymaster-General has stopped payment of a £50 annuity he enjoyed and of delay in payment of his official salary. Submits a bill for £507 6s. 8d. for his intelligence expenses.
