Folio 236: Charles Compton to Lord Harrington. Tyrawly has been recalled at his own request, and Compton has been ordered to act as chargé d'affaires ad interim. Will keep him informed, and send copies of his dispatches to Newcastle. Congratulations on the capture of the forts and harbour of Cartagena de Indias.
