Extraordinary story of the adventurer `Baron de Newhoff' and his arrival at Lisbon, claim to be King of Corsica, and plans for a Jewish and Moorish settlement there. Spanish and French ambassadors not yet arrived at Lisbon, and Count Tarcuca reportedly very reluctant to leave Vienna for Madrid.
