Description

Folio 295: Sir John Norris and Lord Tyrawly to Benjamin Keene. Their audience with King John V and interviews with the Secretary of State on the settlement of the Luso-Spanish dispute. Spanish ambassador's domestics released. Count Tarouca nominated as ambassador to Madrid. Orders for cessation of hostilities expected very soon.
