Folio 196: Sir John Norris to the Duke of Newcastle. Indignantly denies that he ever refused the King of Portugal a packet-boat. If Azevedo and Guedes claim that he did, they should produce the evidence for it or apologise for the base calumny. Encloses a copy of his note to Guedes on this matter (f.198).
