Folio 111: Sir John Norris to Horatio Walpole. Complains of Portuguese procrastination and evasion in avoiding replying to the requests of the four minister-mediators. Mr. Wassenaer's sensible advice to the Queen. Portuguese have sent a courier to Falmouth in a locally manned and equipped schooner without telling them. Latest news from Brazil implies that the Spaniards have raised the siege of Nova Colonia after suffering heavy casualties.
