Folio 98: General Sabine to Sir John Norris. Quarantine precautions being taken against plague from the Levant. Spanish military dispositions. Garrison in good health but needs recruits to replace drafts sent to Jamaica. Spaniards have seized and released the shipRobert and John at Cadiz. Moors of Salé are arming their cruisers, `and tis thought they will make somebody pay for it, either friend or foe.'.
