Folio 287: Lord Tyrawly to Charles Delafaye. New cipher required as one sent (f.274) is already obsolete. Will answer Sir John Shadwell's letter when he is free of pressure of business. Pending his next dispatch to Newcastle (f.282) he can assure latter that `from the King to the cobbler in this country, they are Imperialists .. br-ler! The King will do anything for the Emperor save lend him money, which is however the only thing the latter wants from him.
