Folio 200: Lord Tyrawly to Duke of Newcastle. Complains bitterly of Capt. Byng R.N., and his rudeness in refusing to accept Tyrawly's notification that he should not receive on board any Portuguese who had not got a pass from the Secretary of State. Other instancesof his insulting behaviour; and Tyrawly hopes he will not be allowed to return to Lisbon.
