Folio 79: Lord Tyrawly to Duke of Newcastle. Now that the chief culprit of the forged Admiralty passes is dead at Cork, he suggests the matter should be allowed to drop at Lisbon, and the culprits arrested there, be released with a reprimand from him. Buller and his involvement with Portuguese Jews at London. Again requests a transfer.
