Encloses copy of his letter to Lord Tyrawly and Sir John Norris on his interviews with the Portuguese envoys Azevedo and Lacerda (f.309) and of the memorandum agreed on with the latter (ff.325, 329). Hopes to receive his comments on this and on `the present situation of affairs in Holland.'.
