Folio 303: Duke of Newcastle to Sir John Norris. Is glad to hear that King of Portugal has never been refused a packet-boat, despite Azevedo's representations to the contrary (f.276). But for the sake of Anglo-Portuguese amity Queen will overlook this and `the many injurious reflections and suggestions that have come from the Portuguese ministers in every Court,' and Norris is asked to do the same and be satisfied with Queen's approbation.
