Folio 245: Duke of Newcastle to Lord Tyrawly. King has observed with regret that Tyrawly and Norris are now submitting separate instead of joint reports. They must revert to the joint report method, and Tyrawly must take the same line as Norris has done since the admiral has correctly represented the King's wishes and commands.
