Folio 202: Duke of Newcastle to Lord Tyrawly and Sir John Norris. Encloses copy of letter from Keene [wanting] showing that Spain has formally accepted the joint-mediation and renewed the declaration that she would not attack Portugal. Also encloses extract (wanting) of letters from Lord Waldegrave concerning French participation. If Montagnac, the French Consul at Lisbon, has not yet received orders about it, this is by accident, not design.
