Folio 186: Duke of Newcastle to Lord Tyrawly and Sir John Norris. The Queen is glad to find that King of Portugal has now formally accepted the joint mediation of France and the States-General in addition to George II. Hopes the settlement of the affair will now bespeeded up, and meanwhile they are to cooperate closely with Mr Van Til, the Dutch representative at Lisbon.
