Description

Folio 94: John Couraud to Sir John Norris. Covering letter for the instructions and full powers to negotiate, with King's letters to King and Queen of Portugal, ciphers for correspondence, and extracts from relevant correspondence etc. Asks him to tell his Secretary `to let me know by a line or two, that they are come safe to your hands.'.
