Folio 33: Duke of Newcastle to Lord Tyrawly. Approves his giving Portuguese ministers the contents of the King's speech and the loyal addresses of both Houses of Parliament. Regrets Court of Portugal not so friendly to Great Britain as they should be, but hopes that Tyrawly by tactful persuasion will gradually bring them round. Their present disposition makes it all the more necessary `to avoid giving them any just cause of complaint.'.
