Folio 12: Duke of Newcastle to Lord Tyrawly. King now thinks Tyrawly can save himself the trouble and expense of accompanying the Court of Portugal to the frontier and authorises him to stay at Lisbon. Approves of his efforts to get the original of the 1654 Treaty. He is to continue to maintain British privileges, but tactfully. Glad to hear Stert is useful and hopes he will continue to be so.
