Folio 296: Duke of Newcastle to James Dormer. Encloses copy of complaint by the Portuguese Envoy (wanting) and of his letter to Secretary of State (f.285v) which was annexed to it. Dormer is recalled immediately in disgrace, to justify his conduct to the King. Rough draft of S.P.89/32, f.169.
