Description

Folio 229: Thomas Burnett to Duke of Newcastle. Spanish, French and British naval movements. Pernambuco Fleet due to sail tomorrow. New Governor and new Commissioner for Customs sent to Madeira, which it is hoped will remove grievances of British traders there.
