Folio 141v: Admiral Sir Charles Wager to James Dormer. Strength of Spanish warships at Cadiz (see f.115). Hopes to receive reinforcements from England, `and I am sure it is very bad husbandry to save a little money on such occasions as these.' Reassuring news of siege of Gibraltar. Encloses copy of a letter from Salé (f.142).
