Two years' interest being remitted to Sir Robert Furness by his local agent as a result of Dormer's repeated solicitations with the Secretary of State, and the latter's friendly attitude, despite the difficulties involved with the Lisbon Customs and the Setúbal salt monopoly. Encloses a list of Spanish warships at Cadiz (f.115).
