Folio 198: Thomas Burnett to Duke of Newcastle. Spanish reactions to dispatch of Sir John Jennings' fleet. Difficult for the Portuguese to remain neutral, if a war should break out between Great Britain and Spain. Two British merchant ships reportedly taken prizes to Sally. Queen's birthday tomorrow and it is expected the King of Portugal may then grant a general pardon to all the exiled fidalgos at the request of the King and Queen of Spain.
