Villanous intrigues of Francisco Vellozo da Cunha to prevent the removal of the salvaged wines from the Customs-House, but hopes to get them with a new order for their removal. Six large English warships sighted off the coast, and Spaniards very nervous of a bombardment of Cadiz.
