Folio 89: James Dormer to Duke of Newcastle. Encloses copy of Secretary of State's reply to his memorial on the Royal African Co.'s behalf over the Cabinda affair (f.91). Portuguese are ready to settle this and the Bombay affair by Commissioners from both sides meeting at Lisbon. News from Vienna and Madrid. Reported dismissal of Ripperda. Dutch and British naval activities.
