Folio 33: Thomas Burnett to James Craggs. Spanish expedition to Ceuta now returning home and Moors preparing to renew the siege. Quarantine restrictions on British warships lifted. Rio de Janeiro Fleet will leave soon. His great distress on learning of the death of Earl Stanhope, and of Craggs' attack of smallpox from which he hopes latter has recovered.
