Folio 103: Thomas Burnett to James Craggs. Further news of Spanish military preparations. Irish officers in Spanish service complain of their mistreatment. Blockade of Gibraltar raised and provisions plentiful. Pernambuco Fleet arrived on 2nd, but departure of the Bahia Fleet (ff.95-98) still delayed for want of convoy.
