Folio 71: David Jackson to [James Craggs ?] Encloses an account of the ill-usage of John Bermingham by the Spaniards in the late expedition to Vigo (f.74) and requests relief be obtained for him and his wife. Also encloses an account of money he disbursed on account of the British prisoners of war sent from Galicia (f.73).
