Will press the Spaniards again regarding better treatment and release of English prisoners, as well as for repayment of costs incurred by British in transporting the Spanish prisoners home, but he must be told what thissum amounts to. Unloading of British naval stores duty-free still being delayed by Portuguese on frivolous pretexts.
