Asks whether the Act of Parliament `preventing the inconveniencies arising from seducing artificers in the Manufactures of Great Britain into foreign parts' applies to cobblers and tailors, or to British subjects born outside British dominions. As instructed, will take great care not to upset the King of Portugal in making such representations as may be necessary.
