Folio 108: Henry Worsley to James Craggs. Has given Commodore Cavendish the full powers for negotiating a peace treaty with the Emperor of Morocco. Further reports of Spanish and Jacobite projects, plots, invasion plans, and emissaries. Spaniards preparing privateers to cruise against British merchant shipping in Portugal trade, aided and abetted by French, which may prove disastrous to us. Alberoni's policy of secrecy at Madrid.
