Folio 135: Henry Worsley to James Stanhope. Private letter concerning the division in the Factory over the appointment of a new Consul (cf. f.119). He suggests perhaps the appointment should be divided between a consulship for Lisbon and a consul-generalship for the rest of Portugal and its overseas dominions.
