Folio 121: Henry Worsley to Hon. James Stanhope. Pro-French party in Portugal very active. Incident provoked by the Guarda-Mor's unlawful arrest of Mr. Sherley, and other provocations. Encloses copy of letter referring to complaint by Guarda-Mor at being thrown outof an English ship (f.123). King's reaction. Encloses another letter from Cadiz (f.125).
