Folio 117: Lord Galway to Lord Dartmouth. Cannot change the garrison at Gibraltar, as he has no troops to spare. Portuguese government state they cannot continue the war without a subsidy from Great Britain, which he recommends should be given to the tune of £15,000. Convoy for the Brazil Fleet. Hopes to receive his letters of revocation by the next post.
