Folio 95: `Memorial relating to the service of Portugal' by Lord Portmore. Unsigned. Portuguese troops paid by English subsidy should be under English command. Exchange of prisoners-of-war. Need for more corn and barley from Britain. Drafts of recruits now sent bythe Falmouth packet-boat, which is unsatisfactory, and Admiralty should be asked to find a better expedient. Need to supply and maintain Gibraltar.
