Folio 75: Lord Galway to Earl of Sunderland. Discussion between Portuguese and Spanish generals on the frontier, over a Spanish proposal that there should be an unofficial truce between them, so that the Spaniards could transfer troops to the Catalonia front. The Portuguese have rejected the proposal but Galway fears they may later agree to it. Both sides now going into summer quarters.
Date and place: 1710 June 9/20 Sacavem.
