Description

Folio 220: Paul Methuen to Sir Charles Hedges. Continuation of his dispatch of July 11 (f.206), describing military operations in Savoy, and progress of the siege of Turin. Loyalty of the Vaudois. Hopes £500 can be raised in England to help rebuild some of their Protestant churches.
