Description

Folio 212: Thomas Leffever to John Tucker. Critical position of the army which occupied Madrid. Charles III not yet arrived and Spaniards not joining the Allies nor actively opposing them. Hopes King will soon join them from Saragossa.

Date and place: 1706 July 17 Guadalajara.
