Folio 166: Consul John Milner to [Sir Charles Hedges ?]. Portuguese reluctance, amounting to treachery, to march on Madrid as Lord Galway and Ambassador Methuen keep urging. News from Cadiz. 150 merchant ships leaving for England with a very weak convoy. Allied army very well received at Salamanca, which has declared for Charles III.
