Folio 167: John Methuen to Sir Charles Hedges. Elaborates on his project for the plan of campaign in 1705 (f.156). Suggests concentrating on Andalusia. Problem of the Allied high command. Dutch opposition to be expected, and should be overcome. Will try to get moreauthority for Galway from King Pedro.
